We would like to highlight a few things in regards to operational issues.

Once MBSB received your submission we will hand over your applications to Netxpert for data uploading BUT if any of the documents below not available during submission MBSB/Netxpert will hold the uploading until we receive the pending document.

It is your duty as Master Agent to ensure your submission is complete and intact with proper listing/rubber stamp and indication packages customers would like to take. MBSB interest need to be protected at all times.

Please bear in mind that you will not see pending submission at your WAPS enquiry screen, reason being MBSB want you to submit a complete submission. You will need to wait until Agent Liaison communicate with you. Please liaise with Agent Liaison if you have submit your applications but nowhere to be found in WAPS enquiry screen. High possibility your submission is not complete.

 Below is the list of mandatory documents :-

i)                 Application Form

ii)                Supplementary Agreement (Addendum)

iii)              BPA 1/79 Form (if applicable)

iv)              Photocopy of NRIC

v)               Photocopy of latest 3 months salary slip (inclusive of 1 month original latest payslip)

vi)              Confirmation of Employment Letter

vii)             Copy of Saving Passbook or Bank Statement

viii)           Redemption Letter (if any)

ix)              Surat Pengesahan Umur Persaraan (if applicable)

x)                ARB application form duly signed

xi)              Original / duplicate wills duly signed (Wasiat Terakhir for Muslim / Last Will Writing for Non-Muslim)

xii)             Copy of card/letter from ARB for existing ARB customer

xiii)            TK Club Application Form

xiv)           ISAVE Application Form (if applicable)

Due to overwhelming response to our 3.99% package, mistakes bound to happen especially during credit processing level.(trust me it is very minimum!) Please accept my apologies and staff concerned will be punished accordingly. BUT kindly contact directly our Unit Heads available Pn Alwiyah Masbah – Credit Processing 03-20564030 or Pn Norazlin Zabidin – Agent Liaison 03-20564090 for any guidance or complaint.

P/S do not ask us about the allocation or quota of 3.99%.....keep selling keep sending your apps to MBSB. We will update you when the time comes!
